At Kids ‘R’ Kids Online Academy, we hire teachers who are passionate and dedicated to the early childhood profession. Our teachers undergo extensive background checks, are certified, and possess over 10 years of preschool and pre-K experience. The team has additional online certification trainings because teaching virtually requires different pedagogical strategies from teaching in person.
